Antimony is a rare earth mineral in high demand.
Only source currently is China and they are reducing exports.
Once financials are released, those who wish to fund FLPC will have a clear picture of the company's health and ability to move forward.

Apparently the BOD of FLPC disagree and believe they can mine again and have backed that belief by investing hundreds of thousands of dollars of their own money to keep the company moving forward.
