Up listings are typically PR'd and even filing for the up listings are sometimes PR'D. Those PR's in imo are for pump purposes which leads me to believe that there is a strategy behind the lack of public discretion at this point. It seems to me his plan would be to have a bigger presence for a more important and bigger PR than to just pump the single fact. It goes along with the opinion that finance news will be out along with the up listing in the next update. All my opinions but I like the way things are progressing. I've been adding since April and plan on doing so from here on out. Good luck to all longs here who have supported this stock you have done a great job.
