The 3/31/17 10k showed a potential 4.6 billion shares to resolve approximately $650K of note debt. Most of those notes converted and I don't thing anything close to 4.6 billion shares have been sold back into the market although they are trickling back in 2 million at a time and then 50 million the other night after hour t-trades sells. Takes a long time to sell that many shares 1-2 million at a time!
