As I said many times before, it does not make any business sense for them to sell shares at pennies and on OTC. They might sell some when it reaches high dollar value on a higher exchange.

ZJMY is in its expansion and fast growth mode. Some of the ten billion euro infusion could be used for that expansion if needed, in my opinion.

This confirmation of unchanged share structure alone could boost shareholder confidence. It may cause pps surge after those lies about company dumping shares are busted.
