In only 7 trading sessions, between the time insider shares were unrestricted and when Transfer Agent reported the new count they managed to unload 50M shares...

This should answer your concerns about why price seems stuck despite any amount of good news.

It's going to take an army of "new" buyers that happen to remain clueless, and a sh!t load of paid promo's to move price when there's insiders dumping shares into each and every upward momentum.

I have to check the daily volume but there was only 7 trading days since they came off restriction, so 50M of total volume for those days was primarily selling of insider shares.

No wonder they're releasing news today. SMH
