It never works that way. New shares issued usually means lower stock price down the road. There are ways around restrictive legends.


Per latest 10Q:

Outstanding at August 16, 2017 = 3,979,792

Per the OTC link you provided:

Outstanding Shares 4,545,310 a/o Oct 31, 2017

The increase isn't unexpected. I expected a bigger increase until GLUC IR chimed-in stating my projections were high. The share count will have to be closely monitored in the coming weeks (obviously) but a 15% increase thus far for the advertising, inventory reload, product re-tweaking seems like a "fair shake" at the moment.
