I also spoke directly to the SEC-they said this company is NOT monitored
they were NOT listed on any board and had not filed the forms to come under their jurisdiction and scrutiny . In other words ,they were flying
under the radar-unregistered shares and unsolicited . To put a positive spin -the new MM may require them to change ;but the new MM is PRESENTLY under investigation by the SEC (more than 1000 violations ) (ALPINE )
