NEO v HOT

I think a lot of people do care about ADXS HOT

Remember, HOT will be used in countries where there is not access or affordability to the NEO program.

Why is the NEO program special? You have to biopsy the tumor. That can not be done everywhere in the world cheaply. Also, it will be more expensive.

HOT can be used when biopsies are not available and tailored to the most frequent antigens (200 I think).

IMO, NEO will be 'more' personalized due to the Listeria vectors having the patient specific antigens (NEO program) as well as the frequent ones found in populations and mathemetical models (HOT). Think about it, anyone that can put an IV in someone can administer HOT. NEO takes a hospital.
