Change to Encounter Technologies Inc on 10/30/2017...

Does that rid ENTI of 15 Billion Encounter Development shares Thomas added ?

15 billion Development and 4.99 billion DUTV = 19.99 billion PTEL

Most ENTI SS went to PEG inc divvy's I believe and R/S into Encounter Tech Divvy's

Enti... I would think, would or should be at .05-.10 or above...with that action ...

Those 19.99 billion RM'd would leave PTEL at .10 and DUTV at .10 or above I believe?
