Here is a response from OI2 regarding recent deal:

I can assure you that this announcement in no way affects our ongoing relationship with OTTV (Viva). In fact, it is good news for VIVA as we will be increasing our content offerings on the VIVA LIVE TV platform exponentially as a result of this technology deployment.
