Dirt Shit; Public unitholders of SXE will receive 0.160 AMID common units for each SXE common unit in a unit-for-unit merger...of AMID and SXE common units. Anyone whoms shares like myself, buying 10K shares @ $4.74 earlier in the year rcvg dirt shit...big loss. Mgmt is ignorant to accept this offer.
