Neo is a new ball game if taking more time is what is needed to improve the chances of getting the PI right I am ok with it.

Biology is not an exact science if it were there will be a cure for cancer long time ago.

My point is, a mistake now could cost a couple of years ... so if delaying the PI six months improves the chances of success is time well spent.
