this is such low volume and tightly held float mostly insiders who know the value, it'll fly on ANY breeze,
and hey "canhedoit" may I suggest, don't keep harping on the low volume, leading with the negative twist on it:
don't be "can't-do-it,"
that's the GOOD THING about this stock, depends how people use it!

THAT PROVES MY POINT,
Price is set by sellers who need to stop selling cheap into the bid, keep Asks above .04 at least, patience is rewarded with this float.
