My hunch is from a small investment group or Jill who may have a "side investment" that just may be up close to 2 cents.

Does it make any sense - ANY, to kill a run when you need to do a financing ? Granted, Joey is no genius but his team is NOT STUPID. This PR was clearly orchestrated

I am not saying the rights offering will be canceled - as it could still go through BUT he could have found or be in the process of finding alternative source(s) of funding. IF it gets canceled - PPS would go parabolic IMO.

Ask yourself if float got looser or tighter today ?
