I'm not quite sure what this means either, but you may be right. Could just be hype due to a new IGEX PR out of nowhere, so they bought without reading.

But also it's strange why this investor would wait until now to release a PR regarding hidden convertible notes from as far back as 3 years ago. Would've made more sense if they did it back when IGEX was actually in business.

Although, considering IGEX renewed their business license recently and has a new RA. This could all be connected. As for what reason, I'm not sure yet...
