I would assume that as this is a first of a kind facility they would need to complete the test facility build and actual testing before working on a commercial design. Then they would need an actual license agreement as the commercial design would depend on what coal they were processing. Just my thoughts...

Shareholder meeting is typically in Manhattan but last year was in Connecticut.
