The changes, as evidenced by JCPs performance, are not good enough. Bottom line, JCP is failing, and has been for years. No way around this reality.

JCP is in fact, failing. Talk of a turnaround has been ongoing for years, and yet it continues to fail.


JCPs track record of failure has put it where it is today.
