I know that the answer to the question is that when JT purchase the company there was an agreement made and kbm didn't complete their part, so that's why they don't have the shares any longer, I believe JT now has the option of paying them in cash whenever he feels like it, but don't quote me on that but it's in the paperwork posted on OTC somewhere when he purchased the company but I don't know if he made a deal now to repay the debt
