Why? Well I think UMBRA is spread to thin and needs cash. Anyone of the divisions would make a great stand alone company or add a great deal to an existing arms company, bio-medical company, textile company or? I don't think Alex has the where with all to make each division a success and the technology is worth quite a bit of money. He might do well to sell one or two divisions or merge the whole thing into a much larger, richer conglomerate.
