And "obvious promotions" by third parties are not the problem. In fact the rules are in place with all the disclosures so that things are obvious and transparent when a promotion is happening so that no when wanders in with their eyes shut. But it is a problem when insiders are directing promotions. Which is what I am speculating the origin of the skull to be: an allegation of that very thing. Which would explain the contents of the RAKRS attorneys letter to disclose more transparently that there was nothing inappropriate re insiders and shares and promotions. All my opinion of course, but if I'm right it's almost about time for that skull to come off.
