Maybe citibank is trying to headfake us all into cancelling our sell orders, those of us at scottrade can only put a sell in at .024 max. those people might see .033 and panic, thinking I'll take it out because it might blow past my .024. My shares are not for sale at these bargain basement prices. Bottom line is, I don't care what citibank does, my shares are locked up!!!!!!!!
