Yeah but RAKR is still OTC Pink current financials. If filings were the issue wouldn't that have changed? The letter the attorney put out gave more details about the shares being held by insiders, right? So presumably it was written to counter head on a "public interest concern" about "questionable stock promotion" as you see when you hover your mouse on the OTC website. So RAKR lawyers write a letter with info about what stock is held by insiders to show that there is no inappropriate promotion going on by insiders. This is all speculation. We are all of us on this board just speculating because RAKR has not put out any statement about it explicitly. And why would they? It takes about 4 weeks per the OTC website to clear something like this up. Just take care of it and the wagon train can carry on. But if my theory is right, and I think it fits the known facts best IMHO, then we'll see it when the skull gets removed here soon. After that RAKR can continue the climb to $2. I MO of course.
