I would tend to think it would be a major office of KPMG, not just some branch as we are dealing with a company who has ties to several different countries. There may even be a special international division of KPMG that handles these types of audits. But like I said I highly doubt it is the local KPMG in windsor or even ontario. To go further maybe that is were sulja started, but were outsoucred to a KPMG division who can handle it, she did stress that there specific office wasnt doing it, but in no way seemed annoyed or unprepared for the phone call. Furthermore if KPMG winsor recieved 1000 or more phone calls from SULJA investors and knew KPMG as a whole had nothing to do with the audit we would soon here a public statment from them, they would not just let this go.
