Until they are actually mining anything the share price wont move. Anyone who has followed this company knows they are years away from those events occurring. I owned Netflix at .25 cents in the early days then got tired of waiting. Big mistake on my part. PEMIF has Musk waiting in the wings for their Lithium leases in Clayton county. So far only Panasonic is supplying Lithium to the gigifactory, That too will change. As DMOST says, the time to Buy is NOW!
