Value depends on the vehicle or vehicles merging into LBRG as well as how the share structure will be setup

Needs Completed - the audits of both companies including updated current SEC filings for LBRG; I would think a name change would happen too as well as new symbol. Depending on what the goals are from there I would guess applications to other exchanges....all is not going to happen overnight but none of which is technically complete as their have been no SEC material event 8Ks. Remember there’s nothing that has been publicly published besides OTCBB updates
