Maybe, maybe not. Both Mazor and Medtronic have failed to obtain FDA clearance for a surgibot in this area. Titan, total fail with SPORT.

Your thesis assumes Senhance will not generate revenue, which is absurd. the ISRG monopoly has been broken and hospitals no longer are forced to buy a 20yr old bot with locked in high dollar re-sells on replacement tools and parts. what a joke. Even capturing a scant percentage of market is huge money.

If anyone does submit an M&A offer it will not be one of those two you mentioned.
