The people (investors/shareholders) here that are likely the most upset are the investors of PRAN, the group that invested $2.5 million in Rainmaker. They have to hold restricted stock until July 24, 2018 yet Kevin Wright and his third party team find a public company with debt and create a windfall of 14,000,000 shares by converting that debt at $0.001. Do you think PRAN got their shares at $0.001? That would be 2.5 billion shares.

I think PRAN stands for Peterborough Region Angel Network, so Michael O'Connor arranged an investment to Rainmaker from people he might bump into in his home town. That must be awkward with the stock trading less than 4,000 shares today. It would take years for them to sell their shares with the trading averages of the last week.

Keep in mind that these are real people with real money invested, not just a few people like us who bought 1,000 shares.
