Should they be concerned?


Opinions don't matter as you say.


I don't see any issue but again that's just my opinion of course.


If the SEC is concerned we all know they'll contact whoever is necessary to get their answers.


I'll wait until 'if' it happens and 'if' action is taken.



Best let them do the talking.



I think that's the logical way.
