alright so I hold shares here and have been on board all along. BUT i have been doing some digging on the ceo Michael Poutre and I have to say I question things a bit more now...

you can see he was with two firms that were expelled by FINRA back in 2009. he help several jobs for less than one or two years before that.

also his linkdin profile claims he is the ceo of the company utilligent.

according to their website he is not.

the guy is 45 and doesnt list his work experience before 2010 on linkdin bc thats right after he has some sketchy shit go down with MTI and Brookstone

I suppose I am still on board bc all it takes will be announcement of acquisition complettion to make this pop.
