ZJMY has production bases in five provinces in China

According to this link (http://u4039022.zuodanye.maka.im/pcviewer/SOMJC2CQ), ZJMY has production bases in five provinces: Liaoning (Jiujiuxin low speed), Shandong (jiujiuxing Jinan low speed), Jiangsu (Kawei Auto, high speed EV), Guangxi (Jiujiuxin Guanxi, and high speed EV production base in construction), and Shaanxi (Jiujiuxin Shaanxi).

The link mentioned that the third generation EV manufacturing and accessory production system project Hancheng started in September 2017. This is the high speed EV, the core business representing their advanced battery and EV technology system. Hancheng is a city in Shaanxi province, about one hour drive from famous Xi'An city.

According to this report (http://www.sxhctv.com/a/hanchengxinwen/shizheng/20170526/75847.html), Hancheng City opened up a new energy vehicle industry park hosting fourteen EV manufacturing and related business companies, as of May 2017. Jiujiuxin was one of fourteen companies. My guess is that in this September ZJMY entered Hancheng new energy industry park to produce their third generation electric vehicles.

I believe this is new to us, and is huge.
