No Super Form 10-K

I keep seeing the Super Form 10-K mentioned on here as something HAON is working on. They are not doing that anymore. The PR on 10/30 says their new plan is instead of the Super Form 10-K.

If you are new here, this stock is not as great as some people make it out to be. The CEO has shown he is very slow to get things done. And then after waiting, he changes his mind anyway.

The dividend never happened.

The cancelled outstanding shares were eventually dumped into the market anyway. You can see this by looking at the AS and how it has grown this year.

The buyback is just a PR at this point. They won't say if or when they plan to start actually buying back shares.
