We know that PRs will follow, probably at least one tomorrow and an 8K wouldn't be out of the question.

JBZY is not an SEC registrant, therefore, it can not file an 8-K. It first would need to file a Form 10, in an attempt to become fully reporting.

Until then, little is really "known" about the company.
