Startup costs may have cost them, especially from a marketing perspective, cost of traveling to conferences/ upcoming 2 conferences that INMG will be attending this year. However, a $2000 marketing budget goes a LONG WAY in the startup world (trust me, I know). I think Tom has been very frugal with his spending and is strategically not spending large amounts of money as he, too, knows what is coming.
