The stock has halved in 7 days. I expect Tom knew this massive dilution was coming and instead of doing something about it took the easy route and decided to do a CC to pump it. Unfortunately for him the CC was disastrous and there is only so many deluded people willing to buy a stock that has been diluted like this.

The question is will it half in the next 7 days again. If dilution continues the same way it likely will.
