We all are going to be here to see which comes first - Sale, Dilution, monetary payment of some kind that avoids dilution or something else.

Point is - Dilution is going to hurt us and that is why there is a concern. Everyone who is long will take a hit and any theory justifying the same after the fact, is not going to help. Folks here will still make a case and paint a rosy scenario of if and then --- dreaming about the next big event that is coming.

All other options will end up benefiting the longs from the status quo - yes even a sale at a pps more than the current pps is better - question is how much better it is going to be - a tad that still has longs under water, or , arely double digits that has many longs just above water or into the 20s and 30s that has many longs not ending up in the red.

We do not know for now. But it is only a matter of time.
