Scary Halloween thought:

Seymour has been pathologically "overoptimistic" with 100% of his estimates over the last 13 years.

He recently estimated that NNVC well become insolvent at the end of September 2018.

Accounting for Seymour's "overoptimism", one wonders what might be NNVC's true date of insolvency.
