Should be. I get notifications from SEC, and just received it. Basically a notification from GLLK that filing will be late (so what else is new).
But personally, I'm still waiting for the R/S that according to their last 2 filings, were to take place first on Oct 23, and then Oct 30.. so no idea when the split will be. But watching. Will update if I get any news. GLTY if holding.
