NITE has 444,998 shares currently at .001, but in all likelihood, they have 35MM+ shares at .0011. Maybe more at .0012. That's about what it showed when the ask was .0011 early today.

It's not quite as thin as it looks, unfortunately.

My guess is it would take a 50MM quick slap to get past .0011.
