IPIX - Look at the board toady folks. See what is going on.
Once the first partnership is announced, the fact the company is showing they are adding so many more indications with HUGE potential will pay off. Currently the negative bandwagon is preying off the fact we are funding ourselves and therefore downplaying these new indications.
So this is what WILL happen IMO: After one of the PHASE 2's that are about to release data, the company will partner. From discussions with people invested here and some others, the vetting process for a partner is actually on IPIX's shoulders and which direction they want to go. The MGMT will not tell us until the deal is done. Obviously.
I am hoping they find the "RIGHT" partner to take us through many of the indications and trials who will be that "PARTNER" for life. Adding unlimited funds and resources including staff to move Brilacidin through the dozens of possible indications as it is a low hanging fruit and can make Billions upon Billions in the indications that they are currently testing. I am also hoping they find the "RIGHT" partner for life and the deal will be heavily loaded with MILESTONES. I am not so concerned with UPFRONTS as long as our PARTNER pays and supplies staff to assist with all the trials and formulations. I believe that Dr. M and B know we have a unique and safe arsenal and they should roll the dice by requesting huge milestone payments for each indication and phase and formulation advancement.
If they go the milestone heavy partnership route, we as IPIX shareholders could have years upon years of news and catalysts taking this to a ceiling that does not exist.
Just take a minute to think of all the possible indications that IPIX has hinted at, and if we had unlimited resources and help we can have a dozen or so trials going at once and each having significant milestone payments as we pass the test. Every month we can have PR's stating another milestone for IPIX and Pfizer pays 100 million and another 100 million and another 100 million etc...
I believe the right PARTNER who fits us well is already on board and the deal is being inked based on these phase 2's and we should see who that is shortly.
Leo knows we need help and is looking for the right fit. IMO
