Very Very prevalent unfortunately. I work with the worlds largest health insurance company and half of my meetings are about opioid addition and interventions. With Health Insurance companies having to adapt to loss of money from ACA uncertainty they will find it else where and the administration just put a big juicy steak out there with a war on opioids. (billions of dollars to be saved by drastic reduction of use and possible other less costly alternatives)
