After the earnings report I feel very confident I put my 38 grand in the right place. They have proven once again they know how to make money and this is a company that I honestly believe will be huge by the time I want to collect my money in 10 years. Their revenue beat analysts’ estimates for the 10th-consecutive quarter!!

Stock price dropped today as I expected it would no surprise there. I knew all the big day traders were waiting until it ran up right before the report and were gonna dump it for a huge profit. Kind of makes me wish I was a day trader for a moment because I know some of you did really good, probably made more money in one swoop then most of us make in a lifetime. That ain't me though, I'm not a market guru and I just wanted a place to park my money for the long term.

Shop will generate some good numbers through the Christmas holiday as well. Many of their users do a lot of their sales at that time and the country feels good right now so I'm very optimistic that the next report they give will still be blowing away the estimates. I know my wife and I are going to spend a bit more this year on gifts than we have in the last several years and most of my neighbors and family seem to be doing very good in this economy.
