Question...

When a stock gaps up pre-market is it good or bad? Is there a clear reason and purpose? My experience...when the stock gaps...it falls hard. OTT@ was my last one.

I am concerned, this is what is happening here. Those that have been here for a while, do you recall when this went up back in July and then....0001 it stayed.

Thoughts?
