Serpico, I agree 100%. Small jurisdictions are generally tighter with their funds, so I find this purchase very significant. Add the fact that Randolph is in the middle of an area that includes major metro areas of Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, word among the police brethern will spread rapidly. Add a solid Canadian sale and the police market could explode.

I'm a long term trader, relatively new to pinks. Been monitoring this board since last May, a 7 figure long in HISC since Jan 04.
