The article says it is a MOU. When does it become a sale? The machine was expected to arrive in mid-August which was after the company went public. The arrival of the machine would have been a great press item with pictures and comments. Do you know if the machine arrived as expected two months ago?

The article says "The company's Chief Innovation Officer Gaurav Goenka has signed an MOU with Canadian owned Dutch company Rainmaker World Wide Inc, which holds the patent for this innovation. The core machine is expected to arrive in India by mid-August."
