Definitely not retail investors. They are companies and institutes who previously invested at 0.2level and now running away from Titan to realise their investment return.
These short-term investors do no good to Titan, as they will hurt Titan in long-term. Also, Titan is over drafting its reputation to welcome these short-term investors, as these investors will never go for the company's development. They may boost the short-term market confidence by providing limited funding to the company. But as they just aim for the short-term investment return, hey will flee as soon as their targets are met. When such things happen for multiple times, fewer investment companies will come.
