"Patient volume is meaningless with out historical information"

You are investing in a clinic, but are totally fine with not knowing how many patients are visiting the clinic? You are totally fine with having no idea of foot traffic?

This makes no sense. It amazes me how folks tend to give this management team a pass for withholding vital information.
