Yea the otc site often times has outdated info when it comes to tickers like these. Im not saying to buy or sell, I'm not trying to influence ones decision. Im only passing on what I know. Take a look at the short report. May help explain partly why its still this low. You can check the Nevada corporation listings. Annual reports have already been submitted ;) Imo only a matter of time now.
