That is a pretty good observation IMHO and I can verify that I have seen that same pattern before (usually at the tail end of a massive conversion), but here the O/S is so high that the volume would have to be truly massive to hit that mark. A lot of flippers would dump on every tick, so it might take a bit longer than normal to reach that.
