Aspire does not have a big portion of the govt contract. In fact, they are a sub to a company that may get only $2,500 minimum which is laughable. To the people who are pumping aspire , why is there no official document? Why are there no details? Why were we not informed the moment Aspire partnered with Cogent?? Did they just “say” partner to help txhd pump??? Hmmmnn questions lmao
