Per the 8K they haven't paid the $700k in full, and no word how much they paid and when. But this is kind of interesting too:

(b) The Payment of the Purchase Price as specified in Section 2.1 shall be processed with the Buyer’s transfer agent for the timely issuance and receipt of the Payment by the Seller.

Processed with the TA? Timely Issuance?? Are they paying with shares??
